The corporate has a national field of membership, is federally insured, and is regulated by the Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions and the National Credit Union Administration. The Corporate is professionally managed by a five-member credit union-elected Board of Directors and management team. Annual CPA audits and quarterly supervisory audits are also performed.
